1. How
to order from your shop?
Ordering is so easy! Simply make your selection from our
range of over 100 flower & gift options, by using our Easy
navigation menu on the left hand side of each page. When
you have found the perfect gift, click on the "more
info" link. This will tell you more about the item
and give you the option to click on the "add to
cart" button.
When you decide to order, you will be taken to our Secure
Credit Card server where you can specify any preferences
that you might have and provide us with delivery and
payment instructions. All information is encrypted for
your security and then sent directly to
www.flowershop.com.cy.
When your order has been received, a member of our
Customer Service team will ensure that all the information
contained in your order is correct. A member of our
Customer Service team will then notify immediately if
there are any difficulties with your order. Your order is
prepared just in time for delivery.
We pride ourselves on the simplicity of this process, and
best of all you will never be confronted with any hidden
charges or fees. That's right, not a cent more than the

2. What
methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa and
MasterCard for the time being. You can place your order
from any country with one of the above cards, we will
charge the quoted amount in Malta Pounds. You card
company will then convert the amount using the current
exchange rate.

3. Can
I write a message together with my flowers?
Yes. When you check out and specify the Delivery
information there is a Card Message field. In this field
you can write your message which we will hand write and
include it with your flowers.

4. How
do I know you have got my order?
When placing your order online, you will get a
confirmation email if your payment has been accepted.

5. Can
I order multiple items?
You can order
more than one item to be sent the same delivery address in
the same session.
If you want to order to multiple recipients just make a
new order.

6. Can
I order over the telephone?
Yes. In fact ordering online is more
secure that ordering by telephone since we are using SSL
128 BIT secure server transactions.

8. When
will you take payment from my credit/debit card?
Your credit/debit card will be charged on the day when you
place your order. The name that appears on your statement
will be Malta FLOWERS.

9. Will
the flowers look exactly the same as the photos on this
site?
Our bouquets and arrangements are exclusive and are hand
made, so no two will ever be identical. We make every
effort to fill your order as closely as possible, but will
occasionally be limited by the seasonal availability of
some flowers and vases. In such cases substitutions of
equal or greater value will be included instead. |
